Reliable store not reliable

One star was the lowest it allowed me to choose or I would have chosen zero. I am not happy at all. I ordered 2 items on the 27th July 2020. After much frustration and multiple calls and delays one items arrived at the end of August. The other item has still not arrived. There is nothing Reliable about this store. To date no-one has called me and explained anything. Each call I make involves a 10 to 15 minute wait and then a hand over to someone else and a promise to call back that never happens. I will never use this store again. To date I have not received the showerhead that I ordered.
