Reliable store... NOT RELIABLE AT ALL!!!!!!

I have purhase a wood phone docking station from Reliable Store on the 30th of September 2022. Product SKU B08T9K6Z5K

According to the picture on their website, it comes in a box with instructions on how to assemble it...

Well I finally reveived my parcel almost 2 months later... 24th November 2022... AND MOST DEFINITELY NOT WHAT IT WAS SUPPOSED TO LOOK LIKE. It came without a box where it was supposed to be packed in, it was just wrapped in paper (already assembled) but broken into pieces. THIS IS TOTALLY UNEXCEPTABLE. HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED. I requested feedback and refund from them on the 25th of November... I've send more than 15 emails to them (also attached photos of the item that was broken ibto pieces when opened) it has been 2 weeks now that Ive been sending them emails... till now I have not received any response/feedback from them.
