Reliable Store - not Reliable at all.

My order #66520 refers.

During September 2023 I ordered a 21v Cordless Impact drill from them. After months of waiting, I received the wrong drill. I got a 12v non-Impact drill. I informed them immediately and the conversation started if they responded. Eventually on 9 January 2024 they responded and said the re-order was approved and they would upload a new tracking number once available.

To date nothing happened. I tried the one I have, and it is useless. I can't even drill 4 holes through sheet metal before going flat.

I request a total refund now as this product is *******
