Reliable Store....... NOT reliable at all

On the 1 Dec 2022 I order lights for Christmas, its April the 13th 2023 and STILL don't have my goods. After I sent them a mail in March to ask where are my goods and they then promised me that it would be with me in 7 days...….., 7 days later NOTHING, and after I send a mail asking them if this is the way they do business hoping that clients will forget, and I receive this mail:

Good day Lucy

We sincerely apologize for the delay and inconvenience caused.

That is not how we work nor do business, at times we miss when other orders have not been allocated trackings as the supplier does not advise us with feedback of the order that has been not allocated tracking.

This is to assure you that we will make sure that we fulfill your online contract with us and deliver the order, if we are unable to we will advise you as well.

Sincere apologies again for the inconvenience caused.

And to add more insult, i heard nothing from them and wrote them another mail, because not one answers calls, they send a mail to say they don't have my product,

My advise..... its not worth all tis drama, and not to use them
