Reliable Store NOT Reliable at all

I placed a order on 22 October 2023. Never received any tracking. I made my 1st call to them on 9 November to see what was happening with this order, I spoke to Thabang, who said he will escalate to the product manager.

I called again the 10th November - spoke to Fumani who said he also needed to check with the product manager and said i should receive tracking information the follow Tuesday evening but i should wait until the Wednesday to check. He said he will also call me.

Wednesday came, and i heard nothing, no phone call and no tracking information was received. So this meant another call needed to be made, i then spoke to Sello, after holding on the line for 46 minutes. He also said he will need to check with the product manager to see what was going on with this order, he also said he will call me back. No call was received.

Made another call today 16 November, held on the line for almost 40 minutes before getting through to Fumani (again), he also said he needed to check with the product manager, but he just wasn't available at this time.

i asked to speak to a team leader or manager, someone Fumani reported to and again no one was available to take my call.

Each time trying to follow up on this order, you have to wait at least 30 minutes before you speak to someone, yet no one can you give me ANY information at all.

what is the point of working in customer service if you cant even do your job and no manager is ever available.

Reliable Store is definitely NOT reliable.
