Reliable store NOT RELIABLE AT ALL

The whole process was a very very bad experience!!!! Communication was bad, the timeline was never explained. I have waited 3 months for my package. The process was slow and unprofessional and in the end a totally wrong bag, probably much cheaper than the one I have ordered, arrived.

When I send a complain they said that the process to approve a replacement will take another 3 months.

Stay away. NEVER do business with them.
