Reliable store, not reliable.

I bought an external hard drive from reliable store. Firstly, they sent an incorrect product, Secondly, it doesn't work. They send you YouTube videos to fix a new product. You call their number, no answer. They only respond to email when ever they feel like. After that they just ignore you and life goes on. No refund or bring the product to us. I think they are ****ming people.
