Reliable store - NOT Reliable!!!

Hi Hannes, apologies we received the items on Thursday last week. However, we did not receive all the items, we waiting for one, so we will arrange a refund. Apologies for the inconvenience. Kind Regards

I did receive two of the three items ordered but they where not what I have ordered. I have notified then immedately with their tesppnse that they will collect the incorrect items and give me full refund. Subsequent I have sent them numerous E-mails (that is the only contact info on there wab-site). The result is just a automated reply that they will attend to the e-mail within 48hours. To date 9th July no refund of any sort received. The worst experience with any store I ever had
