Reliable store not refunding money when they failed to deliver an order after 2 months

Placed an order and paid full amount on 4 June 2020, the waybill number which was given to me does not exist when I go track my order. I have sent 3 emails requesting my refund but there's has not been any response. Realible store is a ********** business as I have paid for goods but never received them, I even requested a refund but they do not want to return my money. I've used Bangood and Wish before and they don't take their customers money and not deliver your order. And the funny thing is that, Reliable Store has a policy that says If I do not get my order my money will be refunded but till today I have not received my refund. If they don't refund my money I'll keep reporting them even on other social platforms. I paid for my order I good faith but Reliable store took my money and I did not receive my order.
