Reliable Store - no “Unreliable”!
Don’t buy from Reliable Store because the are the exact opposite of their name - UNRELIABLE!! I have waited forever for the delivery of three orders I placed with them which have not arrived! Now when I demand a refund I’m told they will deduct a 35% Restocking Fee from my payment! What a disgrace and proof that they are a “Rip-Off” company!

Kindly note that your order 34497, according to the tracking information http://index.buffaloex.com/express/record/BUFZA***YQ?language=en your order has been cleared from customs but not yet released once it has been released we will confirm on an ETD .Regarding your other order 34409 , it is currently being shipped http://index.buffaloex.com/express/record/BUFZA***YQ?language=en and we will also confirm on an ETD once it has been released from customs . Lastly , 34477 we are in the process of uploading the tracking information for this order within this week .
This clearly states that the parcels have cleared customs but now you’re telling me they’re still at customs? They are lying and I have notified my lawyer to start an action against you!
