Reliable Store : No stock, no feedback no refund, no service, no ..... nothing !!!

This is the worst buying experience of my life ! The products advertized and purchased cannot come to light after more or less 2 months. The computor is the only one answering that you will receive feedback in 24 to 48 hours. No feedback after 3 weeks. Twice I have managed to speak to somebody at their HQ with the promise of investigation of the matter, but that also comes to nought. The solution to refund my monies as they cannot fulfill the order seems to go unnoticed with only the computor indicating feedback .... Words elude my disappointment. The most unreliable store to date. If there was a count of 0 for service they would have earned it.
