Reliable Store name change to Unreliable Store

The name of this so called reliable company must definitely change to Unreliable store. After ordering an item I was quite surprised after weeks of nothing happening to receive a tracking number. More weeks passed and eventually weeks after the promised delivery date it arrived. As with so many other unhappy customers the item was not what I ordered. After sending requests, photos and explanations of what was wrong they agreed to pay me the difference in cost of the two items. they requested me to send my banking details to them for the refund. After that Email nothing happened and the 7 working days has become 21 days and still no deposit. I have totally lost all my respect for them and will not recommend any one to purchase anything from them at all, such a disgrace dealing with such low outcasts.
