Reliable Store must be renamed to UNRELIABLE STORE and be avoided at all times

I ordered a rechargeable dog clipper mid January 2023. Still awaiting delivery. Parcel tracking with Buffalo show that Tax was paid on 23 Febr. Either the courier or the supplier can give me an answer to where my order is atbthe moment. Only computer generated replies on both websites of Buffalo and Reliable Stores. Phoning Reliable Stores is a hysterical experience. Waiting in a queue for half an hour to speak to a consultant leaves you with no answer...they do not know a thing and get a promise that the order wiil ge delivered within the next week. Same old story everytime.
