Reliable Store - ****mers and ******

I placed an order with the "Reliable Store" for a 16TB SSD ext hard drive on about 11 Feb 2024 and did an online payment the same day. After reading some horrific reviews, I cancelled the order the same day and received a confirmation of cancellation Email from Sello Ranthako on 15th Feb. Despite all of this, they despatched the item about 2 months later with a courier called Buffalo Delivery with no papers explaining contents of the parcel. Lo and behold it was the so called 16 TB ext SSD for which I had an acknowledged order cancellation email. I immediately emailed Sello Ranthako to enquire why they sent me an item that I had cencelled about. I believe this item to be a **** (there are NO SSD's fo that capacity!). He said I must return it and they'll refund my money. To date (23rd May) I have received NOTHING from this most UNRELIABLE company. Guys, I think we should get together and initiate joint legal proceedings against these ****mers!!
