Reliable store is UNRELIABLE

Quite frankly, this company should be closed down. No customer service at all. No one answers the phone, no one responds to your email. You won't have any clue about your order. I've only received a confirmation email with an order number. When I sent them an email to enquire, they just didn't respond to it. They don't even give you a courtesy call to let you know what's going on. In short, they're unreliable...
