Reliable store is unreliable

They are everything except reliable, I placed an order for a laminator a month and a half ago and are still waiting. They were supposed to deliver it on the 18th of December and today is the 13th of January and still nothing. I have attempted communication via email but they are so slow to reply it is horrible.

When I called their call center i waited 19min to get through just to get a unsatisfactory answer.

I am very disappointed in their service and will honestly not suggest anyone use them. They are not reliable at all.
