Reliable Store is UNRELIABLE

I placed an order on 10 January for a Silicone Mold. The website indicated a 7-14 day delivery. After numerous messages via their website and emails, i was told there was a delay in shipping due to COVID. I received the goods today, which were NOT what i ordered. I have now bee holding on for 30 minutes on the phone to their "Customer Service" I will NEVER EVER buy again as communication is impossible, pricing is higher than what i eventually found in a bricks and mortar store (200% cheaper) Service levels are abysmal , Reliable stores are UNRELIABLE . Do NOT Buy fro them!!!!!1
