Reliable Store is not reliable at all

If it was possible I would have given them Zero stars.

The shortened version - I ordered an item from Reliable store on 18 August 2023, I never received confirmation of the shipment. A month later I also called and spoke to Primrose, who said she will come back to me, which she did indicating that my shipment and tracking info will be sent to me shortly. Yet another month passed and no info received. After contacting them a third time I received the same excuse. Long story short (same challenges as previous posts) I asked for the order to be cancelled. I was told to give them two weeks to cancel and refund. Now it looks like I am going to struggle to get my refund back. Seriously DO NOT make use of reliable store.... They are unreliable ....
