Reliable Store is not reliable at all.
Placed an order #17440 for a voltage step up/step down converter. Received an email notification of delivery ETA for 15th Dec 2020. To date no delivery. Sent numerous emails and only received a reply today to say that delivery will be 24th December 2020. This despite the fact that their warehouse is less than three Km from my delivery destination (Durban North), but as there is no exact address, I can't go there to collect. Tried on numerous occasions to call with no response at all from the one number and the other number doesn't work at all. I will never order anything from them again and would advise people to steer clear of this company.

29 Dec 2020, 10:03Today i2 29th December and the parcel has still not been delivered. The last communication was that the parcel would be delivered on 24th December. Pathetic service from this company.

05 Jan 2021, 12:48I placed this order #17740 on 9th December 2020. Today I received notification that the order was only sent to the courier service yesterday (4th January 2021). This only took place because I told them that I wanted a refund - numerous emails went unanswered and three different delivery dates were provided at various times, none of which were valid. The courier service have posted information that the parcel will be delivered at 18h30 on 6th January. So it has taken almost a full month for this item to get to me - still not here. You decide if that is acceptable service for you. For me, I find their service unreliable in the extreme and they will never get another order from me. I will also actively discourage anyone that wants to order through them. I would change my star rating to zero if it were possible.
