Reliable store is not reiable at all.

I'm very disappointed in Reliable store's services, first of all my order was supposed to be delivered on the 5th of this month. Secondly I have spent more than R 100 on airtime calling your customer care line and no one is ****ing picking up, now I sent you emails requesting an update on my order and only got one reply. I don't even know why you call yourself reliable store because you are not reliable all. You are so unprofessional.

If I don't have my order delivered by next week Tuesday I want a refund this is highly unacceptable I could have ordered from another online store.
