Reliable store is has no support/call center agents.

I wish I had checked HP and facebook before placing my order. I was looking to buy a network card, and the title, photo, and description seemed to match what I needed. Unfortunately, I later realized that each product on their website also has a "colours" variant that is something other than the landing page for the product, which means that the product you will get is not what is in the title and description.

When I tried to cancel my order, getting in touch with them was impossible. I emailed them as well as called their landline number, which kept me on hold for hours, and it seemed like I was only progressing in the queue as others gave up. I also posted to their Facebook page, where I noticed that the Facebook page is managed by people from location Israel!
