I communicated with Primrose, the Team Leader, regarding the long delay of my online purchase. At first, she promised delivery within 10-20 business days, then she added another 10-20 business days, but lately she is not responding to my enquiries anymore. Judging from the reports on hellopeter, this is a company with a poor track record that should be reported and avoided for business.
