Reliable Store is a terrible service providers!!

Hi, I am looking at Hellopeter, you guys are terrible service providers!!! How can so many customers be unhappy and it is the same issue, over and over again. See when my order was placed, 9 Aug 2021... Today is the 4th of October 2021. and still nothing. The courier company you use is useless, they also do not pick up calls.
