Reliable store is a rip-off - Totally un-reliable

This is a warning to anybody who orders items from reliable stores. Please be advised that they are going to rip you off. I ordered a 24 volt lithium iron battery charger from them. After a long waiting period I still did not receive what I had ordered. So I decided to cancel the order and sent them an email to that effect. They responded by stating that the item had arrived and sent me an ordinary 12v lead acid battery charger. I told them that I would prefer a refund since it was the wrong item and not what I had ordered. They responded by saying that that if I was not happy I would have to return it at my expense and be penalized with a 35% penalty since as far as they were concerned it was the correct item.

Don't waste your time or money with them. Rather order your items directly from Aliexpress or Banggood. They give you a full refund if you do not receive your item or if it is the wrong.
