Reliable Store is a gigantic *****.

The Reliable store is a group of real *******. I honestly think they are out to ***** money from honest people. I placed an order more than four months ago, the tracking system shows the goods are in South Africa now since March but three months later no delivery has occurred. Reliable store are impossible to communicate with. I received email from Primrose some two months ago that they will try to find the delivery. I follow up every week and have not received any further updates. I honestly think they are a front for open theft of money from consumers. Please do not fall for this company’s tactics. The take the order, take the money, then delays of months and they keep the money. There is no physical address, they use a shared office, no one answers the phone, the queue clears out over 20 mins and then the call simply cancels. Happend twice to me. There are several warnings to not do business with Reliable Store. Both the Ombudsman and MyBroadband warned against doing business with Reliable store. Please be warned.
