RELIABLE STORE Incorrect delivery

UNreliable store is what they should call themselves. 3 month wait for an order that arrives and instead of 50 items I receive 10? And the item I ordered was double to the size of what arrived!!! Booked delivery with PUDO and received my so called order via PAXI. No where on their website do they say that they are drop shipping products from abroad, no where do they give details of delivery etc. As a customer I have had to chase up my order and then receive the complete opposite of what was ordered. They do not answer their phones or respond to emails or respond to the contact form on their website! I feel a full refund should be paid back to me so I can order the items I needed for my business. I do not want a Shop credit or a replacement order as I don't believe that I can trust this ***** shop again.
