RELIABLE STORE EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE

I ordered and paid online for a battery charger. I got a tracking number and after a lot of weeks, I received a notification that the parcel was delivered. I did not receive anything as yet. a consultant Regine Ward, rep**** on my logged complaint and informed me that delivered does not mean it was delivered to me, but on route. this happened on the 16th of July. i logged numerous inquiries but all went unanswered. only ticket numbers has been created. their service and customer support is extremely bad, and people should really think twice before using this company. in advertising, they created the impression that it is a South African company, but it seem to only have a South African address. it is a Chinese company, using Buffaloex couriers, which I also could not proof legitimate. this was one of my worst online experiences. BE AWARE.
