Reliable Store did not deliver my order, now I cant get my money back.

Order #38278 I am still awaiting my R1,287.99 refund for the Kitchen Sink Basin Faucet 360° Rotation Spout Cold Water Single Handle Tap Bathroom I ordered on 16 February 2022 and they never delivered.

They promised on 20 April 2022 they will refund me but I have not received the money in my bank account yet. I did supply you my bank detail also on 20 April 2022 as well. They keep on saying they will escalate my request but nothing happens. I now send them an email every day.

I would advise people to stay away from this company / website.
