Reliable store delay refund

Hi,so I finally received my order of HID D3S xenons on the 15th September 2020 only to find out that only one bulb as opposed to two was inside the package. I then called the store to request refund since I managed to buy the bulbs from another online store and was able to get them the next day. Reliable store promised collect the wrong order by no later than 18th September 2020. No one has since bothered to call me about the delay. I am frustrated now cos I want my money back. Please help
