Reliable store

Like others I purchased an item and the wrong item was delivered. I returned the item. They don't answer phone calls and emails were answered once a week or two. Made as if they are about to correct their mistake but in the end never did. Promised payback but afterwards claimed their financial department are unable to reverse. This company must seriously be looked into. They do not deserve even one star.
