Reliable Store Customer Service Unacceptable

Ordered 3 items on 26/07/2023. After many follow ups and phone calls, 1 item was finally delivered on 06/10/2023, but in the end, there was no local tracking number to track once it was passed to the local courier. I basically had to manage the exercise from my end, a task what Reliable Store should be doing. Auto mails was received from their mailbox, but feedback within the 48 hours advised, never happened and on the one or two times that a real feedback was supp****, it actually did not really add value to where the products are and when it will be supp****... For the past week I am trying to chase the outstanding two items, with about 5 mails to them - no automated mails form their mailbox and no real feedback and also no phone calls either. In my opinion, totally unprofessional way of work with no transparency to the client and no respect to the client, hence the no feedback to me and I believe others. Totally unacceptable, I would say, and I still don't know where item 2 & 3 is, after 2 1/2 months...
