Reliable Store - Customer contact service - very unreliable..

I read on Hello Peter - delivery timing is a problem. Website states store collect - so I tried to phone them - what a disaster. I am caller 7, estimated time is 56min to attend to call... I held on for 26min, caller 5, estimated time is 39miin to attend to call.. Roodepoort is close enough for me to collect.. But need to know if they have stock, before I drive out to them.
