Reliable Store becomes the most unreliable store

What a disaster to do business with them. Ordered my product on 24 July 2021. Has not received it yet (today 11 October 2021). The status of the order is still unfulfilled. They rep**** on a email a sent to them. said that they are sorry about the delay, and that they will give me an answer at the end of that business day (30 September 2021). Nothing happened since that mail. I sent more emails but no reply. Tried to phone them without any success.
