Reliable Store - BE VERY CAREFUL!

I bought an item from Reliable Store in December 2020, and received notice from them that I could expect delivery early in January 2021.

Needless to say the item has not been delivered yet (today is 11 February 2021).

After many attempts to find out what/why, with the only response from them being to ask for my order number and then disappearing again, I finally got a call from them on 9 February to say my item was not included in the expected shipment way back in December.

They did inform me that I can expect delivery on February 17. Let's wait and see if they will deliver on their promise this time. I am however not holding my breath as I see many many other HelloPeter.com complaints about Reliable Store indicating most people never get their bought and paid for goods.

After many complaints online and also here on HelloPeter.com, they also offered me a refund. I declined the refund as I want the item I ordered and paid for.

I will update this review next week Wednesday.
