I placed an order for three items in November 2023. At the end of January 2024 I requested an update of my order and subsequently several more requests with zero response. I have stupidly held onto their phone until their ‘you are caller number one’ message runs out and you’re still waiting - they have taken my money and delivered nothing. What can I do? KR

19 Jul 2024, 11:18I did receive a response and apology from Reliable Store and in April 2024 was told I would receive a refund. It has not been received. Does anyone have information on how to recoup my money or the items - either will do. Very disappointing.
