Reliable Store - Based in China

Like many others, I too placed (and paid for) an order before doing any proper investigation. As an IT engineer and still working for a cloud solutions company, I can only hang my head in shame.

So, after doing the proper due diligence, I discovered the real reason why their service is so poor -

Reliable store is located in China - The local "Company" is a front.

When I received my tracking number, I noted the courier company is headquartered in China and their delivery partner is a South African airline. Also, all communications from the store to me have been in Chinese...

This explains why they never respond to write-ups about them - They are not aware that HelloPeter exists.

Further to my comment above, I have experienced the same shocking service as many others. I finally received an item, but it was not what I ordered. The product I got is functionally the same, but is of much poorer quality.

What really hurts is that the poor quality item I received is also available from (Un)Reliable store at 1/4 the price I paid.

Anyone reading this...

Please DO NOT purchase anything from Reliable Store - They are a ****. You will lose your money (and your Sanity)
