Reliable Store bad service

I have placed an order #36137 on 15 January 2022, received payment confirmation and exited to receive my order. I emailed 2 times about the status of my order, its already a month later, they dont reply, as well left an message on their facebook page, no respons, also left message on messanger, no respons
