RELIABLE STORE ARE THE WORST

I ordered a resin and jewellery starter pack. Paid the R900. This all in May.. Finally after 3months the package finally arives. But only tge jewellery kit and no resin.. The value of what i got comes to R300. That very second i followed the sites process to havd it returned either get me the corre t order or return my money. In September i send numerous emails asking what is happing. After awhile i get a response. They handed my issue to the dispatch Manager. A month go buy i ask them again what is happening.. Again after numerous emails a get a response of a order track. They must think im an idiot. The dates on the tracking number do not match with the dates of my order.. I email again. Now it gone silent. Nothing not even a hello. All i ask from Relible store is send a courier come and collect you incorrect that you have ot been able to sort out and refund me my money
