RELIABLE STORE ARE SERIOUS ****MERS BEWARE...!!!

Just like every person that has complained here on Hellopeter, and that have ordered from them, I've not received the items I ordered on 5/5/2024.

They contacted me the day after my order, to advise that the delivery date would be 10-20 working days, although their site states 5-10 working days? I then immediately Emailed back, cancelling the order, and requested a refund, as it was only the next morning after my order, and when I didn't receive a reply. I thought, oh well, I really do need the items, so I was prepared to wait out the time period...

It is now however 34 working days since placing the order, so, they've simply ****** the money, as I've received NO COMMUNICATION REGARDING SHIPPING DELAYS, and I should've rather thought about doing a thorough check online, I didn't even think about checking here on Hellopeter... I've emailed them today, asking for a refund, but as there as so many here that did not receive their items, nor a refund, I don't expect any joy in that regard either...
