Reliable Store are **** artists

I ordered a so called 16TB drive then realizing this is a ****, cancelled my order. I was promise by Sello that my refund would be paid with 10 to 15 days. We are now at day 19 and no refund. They are also not replying to my emails. I previously bought some genuine products, but it appear that they are now marketing **** products. BEWARE.
