Reliable store are a bunch of ********s

I purchased an item on reliable store. On the 11 January 2024

They don't communicate back. I have had 2 automated emails. Responding with no feedback. The automated tracking stating that my parcel is on the way came to my email but it said there's no parcel. A few weeks later I see on the tracking I am now liable for duties and shipping..which was free on my transaction.

I have sent over 40 emails to this company with zero response.

They are a bunch of ****** and after this helo peter review I'm logging a case number at the police.
