Reliable Store and Payfast

Bought a TV remote from Reliable Store, my mistake was not to make a background check. Tried to make contact with no luck. Payfast is also the same, communicated via Payfast chat with Caylin who also didn't help. Just asked what my problem was and didn't get back to me. So both Reliable Store and Payfast are the same. Payfast is quick to take the funds but has no customer care. All I want is my refund, am not interested in anything else. With all the bad reflection Reliable Store has, how does Payfast still choose to do business with them unless they are of the same kind
