Reliable Store aka Unreliable Store aka Pathetic Service Store

This online store needs to be named the "UNRELIABLE" Store. Unable to contact them either through the phone or email. My order is showing as delayed in customs for nearly 3 weeks now. As an owner of 4 online retail businesses, I find their service pathetic. It is business like these that give online stores a bad name. If we have delays, we communcate with the customer BEFORE they even ask!. They WILL NEVER have my business again.
