Reliable store

This online store is the worst. I ordered and paid for lunch bag on the 10th of December already. I have sent numerous emails and tried phoning several times holding on for 25 mi minutes. They responded to one of my emails with a tracking number which was nit even my order. I do not know what to do anymore.
