Reliable Store

I ordered an item from them on the 11th of February 2021 and paid for the item. Since then I have phoned, emailed and did a review (to which they rep**** that the item was delivered - Which is an utter lie) I honestly do not know where to go from here to either get my order or to get a refund. I am so disappointed and angry
