Reliable store

l bought a tool kit for computers in 2019 and it never came. l tried to reach them, they didn't respond since 2019 and responded in June 2021. A customer service personnel by the name of Regina Ward contacted me via email to send my banking details for a refund, l provided the details. After that, l tried contacting this contact and reliable store to no avail. Now l send them emails and calls and all l get is automated responses saying they will get back to me.
