Reliable store

I ordered some items from the Reliable store. I was communicating with the the following people, Joshua Mathe, Regine Ward, and Thobelani dube with regards to my package #29697. The coms was done via email has you cannot get hold of anyone on the phone. A week ago the Reliable store could not locate my package. They started ignoring my emails and calls. I sent several emails with regards to feedback regarding the package. This store is so Unreliable. There service is very poor. I would not recommend anyone using this store. I left messages and emails, still no response. Refund please.
