I purchased a Hyundai Tucson 2*** OEM Smart Remote Key 3 Buttons 433MHz × 1 from Reliable Store on 13/10/2022 and received it sometime at the end/begging of the year. They advised me that you have locksmith that can program the key to work on my vehicle. I have the key now 4 months and cannot do anything with it. I went to their offices in January 2023, and you could not get hold of the person to program the key. I went to two locksmiths, and they struggled to program the key and told me that the key is a **** and cannot be programmed. I then took the key to Hyundai Weltevreden Park to have it programmed and after trying the also advised that the key cannot be programmed to work on my car.

I paid R680 for the key that I cannot use, Reliable Store refuses to give me a refund.
