Reliable stoor....not happy

I have ordered a microscope from reliable stoor worth about R12000. We received the microscope but it was incomplete and not as per the order...after numerous emails and phone calls...we have not received the outstanding order...they don't reply to emails...more than 3 months now...I hope some one will respond to me via hello Peter
