Reliable should change name Unreachable

Ordered some seat covers on the 29th September 2023 now 10th November: no sign of goods not communication of when to expect. Emailed and informed they will respond with 24 -48 hours. That was 4 days ago. Telephoned their number told you are 18 on list and expected waiting time 48 minutes. I waited and the person asked order number and then asked me to hold. Ten minutes later the call went dead. PayFast must stop being used to pay over funds to this company’s bad business practice.
